I Love That I Got Boys

My Brock after two Oreo cookies. You'd think since he is my second child I would be a little smarter. It kept him quite for the last half hour of our long drive home though. I didn't see how bad it was until we went to take him out of the car.

This year Mitch was more excited about the lift ride than the skiing. We were able to get him down the hill by telling him we had to go down to ride the lift back up again.

Family Photos and Reading Time

I know, I'm a crappy blogger. Here are some recent family photos taken by my younger sister again. She's very good and affordable. Check her out: www.freshfocusphotog.com. She's also got a printing business. She does regular and canvas prints. You won't find canvas prints anywhere else for cheaper. A good Christmas gift idea. You can find her prices on the same website.

We are all very well and couldn't be happier!! By the way, I tried really hard to take the underline font feature off...I never did figure it out:).

This is reading time at our house. Not very educational, but fun. No, you didn't miss something, we don't have three kids. The little girl is our cute niece/cousin.

Brocks here!! I was scheduled for an induction for last Thursday and ended up going into
labor @ 1:45 in the morning instead. Lots of contractions, puking and 6 red lights later we
made it to the hospital for an epidural. Brock came at 10:30 and was 7lbs 11 oz and 21" long.
Les took these great photos at the hospital the first day he was here:

Chad's been a lot of help with Mitch...

and Mitch has been the cutest big brother. We are so lucky.

California Vacation

Mitch really wanted me to put these shoes on him.
They belong to Traci's little girl.

Mitch loves the Cars movie. He loved seeing these cars.

Fourth Annual Halloween Parties and a Concert

Chad and I throw two Halloween parties every year. One for each side of the family.
We finished laying sod just in time for them too.
I think you can see why we love our families so much.

Chad's family:

Chad's parents are the mammogram machine.

My Family:

This is how our rock climbing gear gets used now that we have Mitch.

We also went to see Ray Lamontagne. He is my favorite new artist. We sat on the third row! We've been following him for sometime now thanks to my brother. He is starting to get quite big which is no surprise. I would highly, highly recommend you take a look at his myspace page and listen to some of his songs. I don't think there's a single song of his that I don't like:

I really liked the opening band too. Her name is Loena Naess. She was awesome!
One of the best concerts I've been to.
